These terms explain the limits that keep a Fajr-aware sleep companion honest and safe.

Using Awan
Awan provides general-wellness planning, prayer-time calculations, reminders and alarm support. You are responsible for confirming your calculation method, time zone, local adjustment, device volume, charge, permissions and alarm state. Use a tested backup alarm for important wake times, particularly during beta.
No waking guarantee
No app, wearable or alarm can guarantee that a person will wake. Device shutdown, depleted batteries, muted output, operating-system restrictions, incorrect settings and human sleep behaviour can affect alarms. Do not rely on Awan where failure could create a safety, medical, legal or financial risk.
Prayer times
Calculation methods, high-latitude rules and local practice can differ. Awan shows its active method and supports an adjustment, but it does not issue religious rulings. Follow a trusted local authority when its guidance differs.
Health information
Sleep and stage data from consumer devices are estimates. Awan does not diagnose, prevent or treat disease and is not a substitute for professional care. Seek medical advice for persistent sleep problems or dangerous daytime sleepiness.
Beta software
Features, interfaces, compatibility and recommendations may change. Planned integrations and recommendation paths are labelled accordingly. Do not attempt to reverse engineer security controls, interfere with the service, or use Awan unlawfully.
Subscriptions
The planned public offer is one eligible introductory month followed by 9.99 per year in the local App Store currency. The App Store purchase sheet will show actual local price, tax, eligibility, renewal timing and cancellation terms before payment. TestFlight builds do not charge real money.
Intellectual property
Awan’s name, approved geometric mark, interface and original content are protected. Third-party platform names and marks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
Availability and liability
Awan is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. For questions, contact support@awanfajr.com.
